Evidence Pack — Traceability & Currency Requirements Every material claim in the AISDP must trace to a specific, retrievable artefact in the evidence pack. The evidence register catalogues each artefact with a unique identifier, description, responsible owner, creation date, storage location, and the AISDP claims it supports. Currency is maintained through the CI/CD pipeline’s automated evidence generation and the feedback loop’s traceable documentation. An AISDP without its evidence pack is a narrative without proof.
