CDR — Content & Process Summary The Classification Decision Record documents the reasoning chain determining whether a system is high-risk. It comprises document control, system summary, and the three-pathway classification analysis: Pathway A (Annex I product, Article 6(1)), Pathway B (Annex III area, Article 6(2)), and the Article 6(3) exception (functional criterion and risk criterion assessed separately). The CDR is produced by the AI System Assessor, independently reviewed by the Classification Reviewer, and approved by the AI Governance Lead before Phase 2 begins. See for the detailed treatment.
