WS1: Deployer Transition — Notification & Arrangements The provider notifies all known deployers of the withdrawal decision, the reason for withdrawal (at an appropriate level of detail; for mandated withdrawals, the non-conformity must be described), the timeline for decommission, and the recommended transition arrangements. The notification is delivered through the established deployer communication channels with delivery confirmation. Deployer acknowledgement is tracked; non-responsive deployers receive follow-up communications through escalating channels. The AI System Assessor documents all notifications, including dates, recipients, content, and acknowledgements received. Transition arrangements vary by deployment model. The provider offers migration guidance for alternative systems, parallel running periods where feasible, and support for deployers conducting their own impact assessments. The deployer agreement may specify end-of-life obligations (minimum notice periods, transition support duration) that the provider must honour. Key outputs
- All known deployers notified with reason, timeline, and arrangements
- Delivery confirmation and acknowledgement tracking
- Migration guidance and transition support
- Notification records retained as AISDP evidence
