Operator Training & Certification Records Training and certification records document each person in the oversight pyramid: their tier, completed training modules, completion dates, calibration exercise results, and next refresher due date. Operator certification records confirm competence demonstrated through calibration and scenario exercises. Records are generated by the LMS and retained as Module 7 evidence. Key outputs
