Monthly PMM Reports Monthly PMM reports document the monitoring results for each reporting period: metric values across all five dimensions, alert summary (informational, warning, critical, with resolution status), deployer feedback summary, any investigations initiated or completed, and the current status of open non-conformities. The reports are prepared by the PMM analyst and reviewed by the Technical SME. Monthly reports provide the data foundation for the quarterly governance review. They are retained as Module 12 evidence for the ten-year period. Key outputs
