Fresh Eyes Review Reports Fresh eyes review reports document each review: the reviewer (who was not involved in daily operations), the date, the scope of material reviewed, the findings (including normalised issues surfaced), and the recommendations. Findings are entered into the Non-Conformity Register and tracked to completion. Key outputs
