Phase 6 registers the system in the EU database, affixes the CE marking, and deploys to production. The Conformity Assessment Coordinator submits the Annex VIII registration information, ensuring it reflects all deployment member states. For sensitive domain systems, registration goes to the non-public section. The CE marking is affixed to the user interface and documentation.

Deployment follows the CI/CD pipeline’s compliance controls: staging validation, canary or shadow deployment, human approval gate, and deployment logging. The AI Governance Lead (for initial deployment) reviews validation results and authorises production deployment. The deployment event is recorded in the immutable deployment ledger.

Deployers receive the Instructions for Use (Article 13), covering intended purpose, capabilities and limitations, performance characteristics, human oversight requirements, and maintenance obligations. Phase 6 produces the EU database registration confirmation, CE marking evidence, deployment ledger entry, deployer communication records, and the filed Declaration of Conformity.
