v2.4.0 | Report Errata

The Legal and Regulatory Advisor maintains a jurisdiction register capturing, for each deployment member state, the designated competent authority, market surveillance authority, data protection authority, sector-specific regulators, published guidance and interpretive notes, preferred communication channels, and language requirements. The register is reviewed quarterly as new guidance is published and authority structures evolve.

When a national competent authority publishes new guidance, the Legal and Regulatory Advisor assesses whether it is consistent with other authorities’ positions and with AI Office publications. Inconsistencies are documented in the conflicting guidance register with the organisation’s chosen position and rationale.

Systematic monitoring uses the IAPP EU AI Act Regulatory Directory, the Future of Life Institute’s national implementation tracker, and direct subscriptions to NCA publication feeds where available.
