Deployers in different member states may have different expectations, capabilities, and legal obligations under national implementations. The provider’s deployer communication framework accommodates this variability. Instructions for Use are translated into each deployment language. Deployer briefings on Article 26 obligations are calibrated to the deployer’s regulatory context.
Where a member state has published specific guidance on deployer obligations, the provider’s deployer communications reflect that guidance. For example, if one member state requires deployers to maintain specific operator training records while another does not specify this, the provider’s Instructions for Use for the first jurisdiction should reference the training requirement.
Deployer communication records are maintained per jurisdiction, documenting what was communicated, when, and to whom. These records are Module 11 evidence.
