The assessor records archive contains the conflict of interest declarations, the competence evidence (qualifications, training records, CPD logs), and the independence arrangements for each assessment. The archive demonstrates that the assessment was conducted by competent, independent assessors.

For each assessment cycle, the records identify the assessors, their qualifications, their independence from the development team, and their CPD status. A competent authority questioning the assessment’s credibility will examine these records alongside the Assessment Report.
