This artefact comprises the collection of model cards generated across the system’s lifecycle. Each model card documents a specific model version: its architecture, training data, evaluation metrics, intended use, and known limitations. The model card for the currently deployed model version is the primary reference for Module 5.

The model card collection provides a history of the system’s model evolution. Reviewing model cards from successive versions reveals how the model architecture, training data, and performance characteristics have changed over time. For substantial modification assessments, comparing model cards between versions provides a structured, readable summary of what changed.

Model cards are stored alongside the model registry entries and cross-referenced by model version. The card for each production model version should be readily accessible to the AI Governance Lead, notified body assessors, and national competent authorities. Archived model cards are retained for the ten-year period alongside their corresponding model artefacts.
