This artefact comprises the complete set of auto-generated test reports produced by the CI pipeline across the system’s lifecycle. Each report aggregates unit test results, integration and end-to-end test results, and model validation gate results into a single, timestamped document.
The collection of test reports provides longitudinal evidence of the system’s quality trajectory. An assessor can review reports from successive pipeline runs to observe how the system’s performance, fairness, and robustness metrics have evolved over time. Trends in the test results, such as gradually declining performance or intermittent fairness gate failures, are visible in the report history.
Each report is linked to its pipeline execution ID, the composite version identifier, and the data version used for evaluation. Reports are stored as pipeline artefacts with the ten-year retention policy mandated by Article 18. The Conformity Assessment Coordinator maintains an index of reports, enabling rapid retrieval for conformity assessment, market surveillance, or incident investigation.
