Responsible Party Distribution All ten roles from the AISDP governance framework own artefacts. The CI/CD pipeline (automated) generates the largest share (16 artefacts in Category A). The AI System Assessor is the most frequently named human owner (11 artefacts across Categories B, C, and D). The Conformity Assessment Coordinator owns 8 artefacts concentrated in Categories B and D. The AI Governance Lead is the approving authority for 15 artefacts but is the primary owner of only 4. The Technical SME appears as responsible party or contributor on 20 artefacts, reflecting the role’s position at the engineering-compliance boundary. The DPO Liaison owns or co-owns 5 artefacts concentrated in data governance and regulatory instruments. The Legal and Regulatory Advisor owns 3 artefacts (C7, C10, C11) but reviews or witnesses 6 others. The Internal Audit Assurance Lead and Classification Reviewer each own a single artefact (D7 and C1 respectively) but their independence function makes those artefacts disproportionately significant. Key outputs

  • Per-role artefact ownership count
  • Per-role approval authority count
