Signing carries personal liability; an inaccurate Declaration exposes the signatory and the organisation to Tier 3 penalties under Article 99(5). The Declaration can only be signed when the assessment report supports it. Responsible party: AI Governance Lead signs. Legal and Regulatory Advisor witnesses and confirms legal sufficiency.
