Contains conflict of interest declarations, competence evidence (qualifications, training records, CPD logs), and independence arrangements for each assessment. Conflict of interest declarations are completed before each assessment; competence evidence is maintained continuously. Responsible party: Conformity Assessment Coordinator maintains.
